If you run a high profile site that needs regular updates to it's content, and you wish to ensure that your website is working flawlessly, you may find it more cost effective to outsource the site maintenance.

Once we have investigated your request, we will:
Tell you exactly how we can help
Give you a deadline for the work to be completed
Advise you of the full cost (if this exceeds the 90 minutes support time) - 90 minutes support time each month (includes making changes to your website and telephone support)
- Monthly search engine submission (click for more info)
- Monthly site traffic stats and analysis
- Monthly site health check - we check for any broken links plus test your contact forms and other interactive elements
- 24/7 site monitoring - your website will be constantly monitored to ensure that it is live. The minute it goes offline we’ll know and find out why, then take steps to get the site back online and contact you via email or SMS to keep you updated
- Quarterly website review and strategy consultation report
We aim to deliver superior levels of service to our clients. There are occasions however, when factors outside of our immediate control mean that deadlines are not met. These factors can include; problems with Internet connections, server and hosting downtime, delays in receiving content and images from clients, and being unable to contact the client if further information is requested.
If we are unable to meet the agreed deadline, due to any factor that is beyond our control, we will complete the job as quickly as we can and will still guarantee your complete satisfaction.
